i think im getting a migraine D:
#i shouldnt have taken a shower yesterday ughhhhhhhhh#but how insane is it that i just cant shower or bathe for like an entire week or more (pms + period) w/o risking a migraine#liek. i dont think thats normal actually....#UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.#im just very sensitive to noise and sound atm and my head's a lil fuzzy and i am SO TIRED TODAY. all bad signs. if im lucky tho i can still#manage to not get one. i just. have to be really fucking careful#but also my head kinda hurts already and my neck/upper back Also are hurting so im. not very hopeful. haha.......#summer's text tag
